Find professional cornice repairs in South Adelaide

I’m looking for someone who knows how to install cornices, we have the materials, but will need to be cut to size and installed. Only a small bathroom.

We are adding a feature barn door in our home so we need the skirting of the frame removed and flushed so it’s flat/smooth/neat. Pics of current door with skirting and also an example of how we’d like it to look. We also potentially need some assistance with adding in a cornice to the top of a new nib wall that matches the rest of the cornice.

I am prepping to repaint interior of my house; 2 x hall bookcases erected in last 20 years had a plaster cornice which had cracked and fallen as house moved. I have found and purchased timber cornice to match closely the rest of the house. I have 4.8m of cornice which I need cut into 5 pieces with right angle joints, then mounted around top of bookcase

I have renovated my bathroom and need a cornice installed (tiles have already been laid Bathroom is about 1.8 x 2.6m2 I can organise the supply of the cornice but have no way of transporting it

I have 3 spots where an old cornice was attached and a flue for a kitchen exhaust that need a repair. It doesn't have to be pretty as we plan to put in built in cupboards in the area. The bigger hole will need repair to the ceiling gyprock as well.

A cornice is coming away from the wall/ceiling in our bathroom.

This is a report done through insurance: Water ingress has been occurring by the front door over a period of time, and the insured has concerns that mould is forming and sprays this area with disinfectant, and also has placed a towel on the floor to mop up water during times of rain. There is no storm created opening or impact damage to the roof. Water ingress has affected a small section The water ingress is occurring due to the manner in which the lead on the front gable has been flashed, and the gap between the flashings and roof tiles on the dutch gable. The roof on the property is a concrete tiled roof with a roof pitch of approximately 22 degrees, and I estimate the age of the roof to be 30 years old. The water ingress is occurring at the front of the property, and there is a Dutch Gable directly above this section. The timber on the gable has begun to rot in one section, indicating that this gable is exposed to the prevailing weather. There is a lead flashing on this gable and while there were no clear splits (there is a split in the higher lead flashing that needs to be sealed), there is a large gap between the tiles and lead on the ends of the gable. It is likely that water ingress is occurring at this point, and the flashing needs to be reformed to close up any hole. There is a large amount of moss on the roof, and this can cause capillary action to occur. I would recommend this be cleared off to ensure the free flow of water down the roof tiles. The water ingress is occurring due to the issues mentioned above regarding the Dutch Gable, and not because of any single storm event. I would recommend the lead on the gable be reformed, and any rotter timber be replaced. I would also recommend any moss or debris be cleaned from the roof

2m section of cornice has come loose and has now been taken down. It is still in one piece but has adhesive on it which may be difficult to remove. Needs to be cleaned up and then put back in place or new section of cornice put up. - Due date: Flexible
