I'm looking for an experienced handyman or tradesperson to help fix cracking cornices on my roof and address dirt infiltration issues. I have the wall colour paint if required.

One side of the cornice fallen out and broken - piece is still there, but broken in half. So, need 90mm cornice (about 2 meters long) and obviously to repaint the ceiling to be uniform (old ceiling paint is chipping away and old/molding in some parts).
