Find professional cornice repairs in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

My kitchen was redone and the final touch is to install cornices and paint. See photos of current state. 3.7 meters in total and 7 corners.

Install gyprock cornice approximately 5m long when exhaust hood is removed

Cornices in kitchen need installing (have them already), want to replace halogen lights and two cord lights with LEDs in kitchen (six lights all up), and require a queen bed to be assembled (in three boxes)

We had a leak through the ceiling in shower and now 2 cornices need to be replaced and painted white

One side of the cornice fallen out and broken - piece is still there, but broken in half. So, need 90mm cornice (about 2 meters long) and obviously to repaint the ceiling to be uniform (old ceiling paint is chipping away and old/molding in some parts). Bathroom ceiling is not big - 2x3 max, so not much to paint.

Our dog has chewed the corner of a skirting so this will need to be puttied and painted. There is an area under the tv unit that also requires painting, and a small chip on a wall.

Build two small bulkheads out of gyprock and supply and fit cornice. Also fit and supply about 3m2 of 12mm gyprock. Finish to make look good.

Attach cornices to the ceiling above the kitchen cabinets , cornices already purchased and not required

Old aircon unit was removed. Old cornice needs to be removed and a new one put in. Some light sanding of wall required in preparation for painting. (Paining not required unless you want to do that for more money)

Old fancy cornice needs to have remedial plasterwork on one ceiling wall. The whole wall needs to be scraped back patched and repainted with white waterproof paint (inc cornice). Skirting boards need patching and repainting + 2 new French doors need to be repainted in Blue, - Due date: Before Friday, 18 March 2024

There are two 100mm sections missing from the cornice that need to be filled in. I have been advised by a cornice manufacturer that a small section of this size could be filled in by a skilled plasterer and am looking for quotes. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 February 2024

Qualified gyprocker to install approx 40 lm of cornice to Raked ceiling also apply top coat to around 50m2 and sand. All materials on site. Labour only required - Due date: Flexible

Paint exterior cornices around house perimeter. Will require scaffolding most likely as tried with long ladders and not possible - Due date: Flexible

I need someone to re-affix 3 cornices with adhesives and screws that are coming loose. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 10 January 2024

Lay flooring on top of concrete floor in 31 square metre lounge room area. Concrete floor base Previous carpet and furniture will be removed prior to arrival. - Due date: Before Friday, 22 December 2023

Plaster a patch of ceiling. Approx 500mm x 500m and replace cornice to match. - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 November 2023
