Find professional cornice repairs in Tarneit

Need to seal (and paint the fixed spot) the gap/hole in the ceiling and cornice that was created during the installation of the new range hood filter, which is smaller than the previous one that was removed. Please see attached images for more details.

I want to fix the deformed cornice at three walls at my property. I've attached pics. How it can be fixed and what will be the cost.

The ceilings and cornices at our house require a repaint. Wear and tear, some repairs to plaster etc. have left the ceiling with missing paint and plaster patches that need to be painted over. The ceiling area that requires painting is approx. 160m2 (± 5m2). Colour would be a simple, bright white matt, water-based. The ceiling is mostly already painted, this would be a refresh. The job requires some sanding back of plaster where old light fittings have been replaced. Downlights can be pulled down to allow paint to be applied under the lip of the light, without removing them completely. There are two smoke detectors that would need to be carefully painted around. The walls have been newly painted, the cornices will need to be masked from the top of the wall. Drop-sheets for floors and carpets should also be provided but this can be negotiated. I will arrange furniture to be moved or covered where necessary.
