Hey, Happy to pay for skirting, gyprock, etc needed for the job. Looking to get some help to properly finish this bedroom off. Went the DIY approach when moving in to remove a broken old wardrobe, but it's become a bit of a mess and need to get it done properly as we're keen to move our new baby into the room and start making use of it. Looking for: - Drywall ready for painting. Potentially ripping out all the drywall to put in insulation pads inside? - New Skirting boards / Cornice - Floor repair. Some unfinished from where the wardrobe was, along with a hole in the flooring. There's also scuffs on the floor which would be ideal if there are options to clean it up. I removed cornice in the two bathrooms so I can have floor to ceiling tiles and I am looking to have the glue and sanding and some filling done so I can paint the ceiling. Bathroom one is 2mx2m and bathroom two ceiling is 3mx2M but only issue is the edges where the cornices where.

I have 5 cornices need replacing. Slowly dropping off the ceiling

I’ve had two new sets of cupboards installed in my kitchen which need the bulkhead and cornices painted above them. I’m also needing our laundry ceiling repainted as it has had a patch job done recently. The laundry is 1.2m x 2.3m. The cornices/bulkheads are about 1m x 0.3m and 2m x 0.3m. I have about 1L of matching blue paint for the kitchen bulkheads. However I don’t have any appropriate paint for the cornices and laundry ceiling.

Need this small section of ceiling cornice replaced. The section to be replaced is about 193cm along the main section and then about 25cm on the right hand side but maybe easier to pull off and replace the whole strip. 2 internal corners and one outside on the missing part.
