This presents a valuable opportunity for an individual to provide regular services for public venues in Sydney. The scope of services includes: Coordination and planning of tasks in consultation with Venue Managers. Evaluation of the assets' condition before starting the work. Execution of tasks as per the given specifications. Comprehensive documentation before and after the execution of tasks. Compliance with the Venue's Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures. The contractor must have all necessary certifications, including Workcover, Public Liability Insurance, an active Australian Business Number (ABN), and up-to-date before beginning any work. The assignment of tasks to third-party subcontractors is strictly prohibited. Each venue has a designated time allowance of 60 minutes, encompassing parking, setup, breakdown, and related activities. Compensation for all associated tasks at each venue is set at A$100, plus Goods and Services Tax (GST). The contractor will be supplied with all necessary specialty cleaning chemicals. Comprehensive training and detailed cleaning specifications for the tasks will also be provided. Additionally, two sets of basic uniforms will be supplied, which must be worn during each visit to a venue. Tasks must be completed before 11 am on weekdays. There is a substantial number of venues requiring attendance.
