Looking for someone to bring my myob up to date

I need an excel spreadsheet completed for my business. There are eight sheets in total that need completing, the information is based off an 18-page business plan. The task will take approximately 2 to 3 hours

Due to recent and ongoing ill health, I have a backlog of admin, Excel d/entry and filing work to bring property management files uptodate. Initially, the work is in Panania office to physically deal with all the paperwork backlog, then there is opportunity to do remote once everything's upto-speed. Ideally you will live local however the office is located within 3min walk from train station. I'm still experiencing weak health, so looking for someone ideally 1-2 days per week, for a few hours at a time (4 hrs max). If this suits you, please submit your resume. This is not a property management hands-on role. It will be under direction for admin/support. The task is for 2 hours work to demonstrate suitability on both sides (2hr x $30+20% ATfee is budget). Ongoing work can then be sorted later. Good spoken and written English skills required as well as resume and reviews showing this type of previous work experience. Need a freelance in-person bookkeeper that can help me categorise expenses and scan, attach and associate receipts to these expenses (from credit card/bank statements). Need the original receipts to also be organised. Need good spreadsheet (google sheets) skills and attention to detail. Other personal traits required: honesty and reliability. In-person (Sydney-based, close to Rockdale if possible) because I would need to hand over physical receipts. Would also be good if you’re flexible with time as I work a full time job mostly from the office during the week. When making an offer please share relevant experiences that demonstrate the above attributes and your rate. If you’re able to build websites too that would be a plus, as there’s loads of other work that need doing but the bookkeeping one is a priority.

About 100-150 receipts, please input every item of each receipt with date, location name, and amount and any metadata appeared on receipt. Can provide photos. Expect to be input in Googlr Sheets provided by me. 5-10 items with respective atrributes per receipt.

I am planning to make use of ATO's First Home Super Save Scheme (FHSS). I need someone to validate my understanding and make me aware of any caveats, guide me through the process of FHSS. I am pretty aware of my tax situation but trying to get an independent opinion before I go ahead as I do not want to lock my savings into super without understanding it fully.
