Each person needs to be able to use Word and Excel (as well as Outlook as outline above).

They are open 9-5). The AEC system is a bit 1980's so it is not hard at all, type in a name, select a state, find person, write down address. This task CANNOT be done at a local office of the AEC as they have changed the rules recently, such that only head offices show all Australian electorates.
