I am looking for someone with basic administrative/PC skills to attend at the Electoral Commission Head Office to check the electoral roll to locate addresses of family of my clients. I need a reliable person to go to the Sydney Electoral head office in Goulburn Street, Haymarket (I will provide all the details, but the PC is on a table when you walk in, if it is free, start your searching. They are open 9-5). The AEC system is a bit 1980's so it is not hard at all, type in a name, select a state, find person, write down address. This task CANNOT be done at a local office of the AEC as they have changed the rules recently, such that only head offices show all Australian electorates. What you will be doing : - You will be emailing and warm calling our clients to schedule a 10 minute call with each of them on zoom to take them through surveys that you will be filling out with them on each individual call per survey. These surveys are market research based surveys that discuss their internal state of IT infrastructure so you will need to have an understanding of what is discussed at a basic level at least. Or be able to at least present like you understand what is being discussed. You go through the survey, check off and tick off their responses from your side and onto the next client. This is week's worth of work and it could turn into a full time role for those that could be interested. Musts: - Ability to work with excel sheets - Ability to work with zoom and emails - Experience in the b2b industry and corporate environment - Ability to travel to our offices for the whole week. we're in the Sydney, CBD. - Ability to work with deadlines. We're talking about speaking to 150 people during the course of next week. Pay: 2500 plus Airtasker fees. We would have a proper conversation with you before assigning this task you. There's not a lot of hand holding for this week. 2 hours of context, 1 example call with you and our client and then off you go with the other 149 surveys. There will be one day as a trial and then remaining fours days will be assigned based on your performance of the first day. This is not based on hours. this is based on results and completing 150 surveys.
