We're looking for someone who have a good eye for detail and fussy hygiene for an ongoing contracting work (would require you to have valid ABN & GST registration & ability to invoice us). First scope will be: Check & compare condition report and photos provided by real estate agent. Note & take more photos for any inaccuracies. Once this is done, we will require you to come back after the place is furnished and take furniture inventory then split the condition report. We will send you further instructions if we've decided to work with you in a longer term. Other ongoing work: Each exit inspection $30 We prefer someone that has a really good eye for detail and organised. You're also required to be very fussy with cleanliness. These work can be done on a flexible timing - which means after work or weekends should you have another job, as long as they're done by a "before" date/time provided.

Require an IT Support Technician who can help with supporting a 4G router (SIM) update for our client. You will work with our remote support engineer.
