Looking to paint the top part of a bathroom wall, the bottom is tiled , the top is an old paint, total space is almost 9 meters x3 meters total. Paint provided, brush not provided. Need someone with attention to details who males sure the bathroom is clean afterwards with no drips around. Expect it to take around 4 hours or less, not sure.

Existing wooden window is weathered & needs sanding some wood replacement & painting. In addition the windows are stiff & difficult to open

There are three upstairs windows that need repainting. The existing paintwork is sound but need sanding and wiping over before painting. The windows have panes in them so the glazing beads need a reasonable level of skill to paint. In addition there are two eaves of compressed fibre boards that need recoating. The paint is available on the site.
