• Extend existing metal fence posts (20 in total) to a height of approximately 2.1m from deck. • Rip down and sand merbau decking boards to match existing sizes of fence/ privacy screen where necessary. • Match existing pattern and continue privacy screen/fence across the extended posts (20) to a height of approximately 2.1m from deck with merbau decking boards. • Remove 6 rows of rotten decking boards (each row approximately 15 metres in length) and replace with merbau 90mm x 18mm decking boards. • Remove all rubbish from site.

Deck repairs timber is warping and been in place 10 years. Merbau.

The current rim joists (red area behind the 3 x slats) doesn't have proper flashing and is heavily rotted. Needs a replacement and proper weatherproofing for longevity. The approx measurement of this rim joists are 60 x 300 x 6000mm. Balcony seems to be cantilevered with two posts supporting side rim only (no beam). Can provide accurate measurements and photos if needed.

Need deck repairs conducted, I have the replacement 6 spotted gum deck panels and deck screws, just need someone with the expertise and a circular saw to replace hole in deck. Want to make sure it looks like the deck burn never happened. The joists underneath are in good order. Easy access to house to conduct repair.
