Would prefer someone with decking experience please: 1. Repair/replace 2x loose balusters. 2. Replace 1x damaged decking floorboard. 3. Prep & re-oil front porch (approx. 5.58 m2) & rear deck (approx. 14.5 m2), I believe existing coats are Sikkens Cetol HLSe but happy to take your recommendations. These 2 photos are from a couple of years ago and only to show shapes & sizes. 4. Re-paint handrails and balusters along front porch and rear deck to match existing colours. 5. Remove & dispose of damaged planks under the clothesline, approx 3.5m in length. Please quote including airtasker fees and materials as I'm not able to supply them. Deck sagging need some repair work

My LX 280 John deere Ride on mower belt has become loose and I don't know how to tighten it. Also the deck I can't lift when not in operation. I would someone that has the knowledge and experience that can fix this task. Don't have the time for time wasters. If $180 if that suits. Needs fixed asap

It looks like water has been getting to the joists on the extremes of the deck and there is now water rot there. I'd like to potentially work out the cause and fix the deck.

Replace handrails on front and rear external stairs (refer to photos). Replace 8 treads (2 in front, 6 in rear). Check stair stringers and replace screws with bolts where necessary. Replace rotted out balustrade support post (refer to photos) on front deck, and 3 top rails that are exposed to the elements as well as restring wire balustrades where required. Looking for quotes, using kwila to make the appropriate repairs. Must have own tools, insurance and QBCC licence. Flexible on dates.
