I have a there about 60sq meter verandah and second decking, which needs some repairs but mainly staining. What I want stained: #Floor #Baluster #Turned posts #Beams THE VERANDAH IS MADE OUT OF PINE AND WAS BUILT IN THE 90s. This verandah might need sanding also. Beech forest is 2 1/2 hours from Melbourne this would suit someone locally like Geelong or Colac. BUT SAYING THAT THIS IS A HOLIDAY HOUSE AND ITS POSSIBLE TO STAY THERE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

Former housemate pressure washed our wooden deck and caused a lot of the wood to chip. We live in a rental so we need to get the deck repaired to the real estate's satisfaction. First photo is from after the pressure washing, second and third photos are from the condition report showing what the deck looked like before we moved in.

Two deck repairs: First one is to make some small repairs to the timber supports under this small deck in the front of house. A few of the decking boards have sunk and I believe the timber supports underneath needs to be adjusted. The photo with the arrows shows the area needing fixing. Boards are ecoboards and snap-loc clips are used. I have new decking board and snap-loc clips that can be used. Second one is to add some additional framework to the back deck to fill in where there were plant pots previously. Again I have the deck boards and clips ready to go.
