Sand and staining the front porch and backyard deck. Nails are not flush with deck as visible in images and instead are rounded. Unsure of budget at the moment and seeking reasonable quotes.

Sanding of Outdoor Deck in preparation for oiling. Total Deck area approximately 92 sqm in total. Dimensions of all deck areas in attached dimensions image below.

Sand and paint three deck areas as per photos. One at front of house one large and small narrow section at rear and one upstairs on front deck. Some sections showing aging so keen to improve maintenance. We can pressure wash prior. We will supply paint and tools. Seeking someone to progress the maintenance of my ~30m2 deck. Tools provided if necessary. Task is (1) to punch down slightly raised nails with a hammer and nails punch, and (2) to sand the surface with a handheld random Orbital sander (lightly overall, some areas which are rough requiring a little more attention).
