I need our back deck stained and sanded

Seeking someone to progress the maintenance of my ~30m2 deck. Tools provided if necessary. Task is (1) to punch down slightly raised nails with a hammer and nails punch, and (2) to sand the surface with a handheld random Orbital sander (lightly overall, some areas which are rough requiring a little more attention).

Large deck area needing a good sand and varnish. Paint stripper has been used across the deck, the timber has been thoroughly cleaned and the majority of nails have been hit back into place. We will cover the cost of hiring the sander and varnish. Need someone experienced with these jobs and can perform ASAP. Ideally would like you to come check out the job before committing. Deck area is roughly 90m2 based in Warners bay. Some of the timber panels are screwed (the new extension portion) and the others are nailed.

I have a few decks and a timber path that needs sanding and re-staining with a water based stain. I can supply the stain. You will need to supply the sander, paintbrushes drop sheets, etc. The upstairs deck is approximately 40sqm rectangular in shape. Downstairs deck is approximately 60-70sqm and rectangular in shape as well. Easy access to each area. It can be done in Jan 2021, the drop down box wouldn’t let me select it.

Need our back deck and pool deck sanded so we can re-seal them. One deck is already 90% done and just needs touch ups + the railings done
