Sand and staining the front porch and backyard deck. Nails are not flush with deck as visible in images and instead are rounded. Unsure of budget at the moment and seeking reasonable quotes.

Paint needs to be sanded and painted will supply paint and roller. Sander will have to be organised and brought with them.
