The Deck is approximately 30m2. 

 The task includes the following: 
-To lightly sand the deck if necessary (some areas of the deck have had sun exposure and need to be lightly sanded, but most of the deck is fine because it's undercover and has had furniture providing shade/ cover as well). 
-To prep the deck using a deck cleaner solution. -Apply 2 coats of decking oil eg Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil. 
 -secure / reattach two railings that have come loose. 
-The top of the cedar railings also need to be sanded and patched and the have two coats of cedar stain paint applied

. The price offered assumes the following is included:
 -Supply of deck oil 
 -Supply of cedar stain 
 -Sanding machinery/equipment.
 
-You have your own insurance

I have a deck of timer flooring approximately 16.5 sqm. Some of the slats damaged/weak - looking to replace around 8 boards. I would like to replace those timber slats. Inspections are welcome to produce a quote.

I need someone to oil an outdoor sauna and outdoor deck. See photos for reference.

Laser light panel has cracked and admits water. Laser light panel is approx 4800 long, flanked by corrugated iron sheets both sides, flashing on house end and guttering on outside edge.

I need someone to prep and apply 3 coats of decking oil on a recently built, raised wooden deck. Deck is approximately 9m by 2.5m. The railings, support beams and outside facing wood need application as well.

Need someone to clean some decking - just hose down and prepping. Then hammer down a bunch of nails, and apply two coats of decking oil. I can supply all of the gear, cleaning stuff and the cabbots oil.

Need decking steps for front entrance of a house. Space is approx 2.5 mts in length (from the pedestrian path to the front door), 50-60 cm high (from the ground level at pedestrian path to the height of the door), 1 mt wide (door is 90 cam wide but steps could be a little wider). One of the railings on the first floor deck has moved about 1cm away from the wall of the house and thus is not secured to the wall. I want to re-secure the railing to the wall of the house.

Pressure wash clean the deck, infill and steps with a total area of approx. 35m2. Rejuvenate the timber with deck wash and apply three coats of Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil.

Sand and re-stain my back deck. I can purchase the stain and smaller items myself however do not have a sander. This will require someone who is able to supply the sander themselves. Deck is maybe 4mx7m with a small side section as well.

Replace deck roofing, remove current roof, source and install Stratco Cooldek redoing. The size is roughly 7 by 4 meters.

the main area of the deck has beeb stained but the steps were not done. there are two steps one one end and 6 on the other end

I’m interested in quote to clean and oil my decking.It’s a small uncovered deck and handrail and one decking step into a shed. Approx 15sq metres total. Quote to include providing supplies (Feast and Watson decking oil) and equipment (power washer, rags, applicator etc) . I usually have my decking cleaned and oiled each year. Usual cleaner has retired. She usually applied deck cleaner and power washed then next day oiled and wiped off excess. Just one coat per year. This would be ongoing annually.

Decking planks need to be removed without damaging them so that access to plumbing’s under the deck is possible.
