Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to set-up a bunch of low voltage property lighting. Keen to find someone who is flexible, fast working and has an eye for what will look good. A lot of the lights I already have, others I will work with you on to select and source. Not looking for a fixed price quote, just want to find someone who can work on a day rate. As we're out at Glenorie I will always make sure you have a full day of work so it's worth the travel to get here. We are near Glenorie village and having your own car/transport is essential. It is not easy to describe the work, it's much easier to walk you around and explain what I'd like to do. It's likely to be multiple full days, possibly a week. We can break it down into discrete/separate projects. The projects are as follows: - Install deck lighting - Install tree uplighting - Install roadside lighting - Install a wide range of solar lights - Install some rock uplighting - Install some tree wrapping lights - Install entrance lights - Install garden bed lights - Install lights in/around some sheds It's all low voltage work so electrician not required. There are also other projects for the right kind of person, including set-up of sprinkler systems, some animal automation/tech products, general water system etc. Multiple weeks of work available for the right skill and attitude. Hard worker who can focus and move fast is essential. Rate proposed is for a day rate, in chunks of no less than one full day so it's worth the travel. Multiple days very likely.

Please refer to photo. Currently there is a bit of gap/valley between the house roof (brown) and deck roof (green) resulting in leaves being trapped and water overflowing into the deck when there's a heavy rain. I need help to install additional roofing sheets to bridge this gap, so leaves don't fall into this valley. These additional roofing sheets need to go from under the solar panels (so they don't block the sun) and on the deck roof. I also need the sides to be covered so leaves don't go under it. Deck is 7m wide. Please offer a fixed price quote (including material and installation). Thank you.

The pool decking is worn and cracked we need new decking to replace it. We it measured so we can purchase slats that then need to be installed.
