Disclaimer - I have no idea what this should cost so if I’m way off let know! So I’m trying to get a reasonable idea of the cost. I’ll pay to have someone come out and provide advice… I am seeking a skilled installer to add durable, pet-resistant mesh that can withstand claws and paws. I want the deck to serve as an outdoor room and cat run. The job includes: Measuring and fitting frames and fly screen (either ordered or made to measure) to enclose my back deck.(see picture) Installing a screen door to access the backyard from my deck. Ensuring the installation is cat escape proof and painting (as needed) . If you know how mount a screen door and procure and install fly screen panels - and can either procure or help me procure supplies, please reach out with your quotes!

The Deck is approximately 30m2. 

 The task includes the following: 
-To lightly sand the deck if necessary (some areas of the deck have had sun exposure and need to be lightly sanded, but most of the deck is fine because it's undercover and has had furniture providing shade/ cover as well). 
-To prep the deck using a deck cleaner solution. -Apply 2 coats of decking oil eg Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil. 
 -secure / reattach two railings that have come loose. 
-The top of the cedar railings also need to be sanded and patched and the have two coats of cedar stain paint applied

I have a deck of timer flooring approximately 16.5 sqm. Some of the slats damaged/weak - looking to replace around 8 boards. I would like to replace those timber slats. Inspections are welcome to produce a quote.

I need someone to prep and apply 3 coats of decking oil on a recently built, raised wooden deck. Deck is approximately 9m by 2.5m. The railings, support beams and outside facing wood need application as well.

Need someone to clean some decking - just hose down and prepping. Then hammer down a bunch of nails, and apply two coats of decking oil. I can supply all of the gear, cleaning stuff and the cabbots oil.
