Hi I need a deck built 3m x 5m please with hardwood price is just for labour only all materials will be paid for separately

I will supply materials, just need someone to replace deck boards.

Looking for a painter to do some touchups on internal and external walls, windows frames. Also to put another coat of paint on possibly 2 decks. Some minor plastering on one internal wall may be reqd. Expect this to be approx 3-5 days work- would like to get someone with painting experience. We have two deck chairs that need the frames sanded down to restore back to original state. You would need to have your own tools. They can be dropped off locally and picked up again if that's easier for you.

I'm looking for someone to give my deck a refresh and stain my fence/BBQ area to match. The deck and rails were stained about 18 months to 2 years ago and is still in pretty good condition. It's mainly the hard-wearing and weathered areas that need a refresh (as seen in the photos). The fence & BBQ area are new and have not been stained or oiled other than how it came from the hardware store. The deck was previously done with a Sikkens Cetol deck (078 natural), which I was happy with and would like to use again. Care needs to be taken not to stain the rendering underneath the fence or the deck. I'd need this job done by next Thursday otherwise it will have to wait till late Nov.

Deck needs a very light sand before I re coat it with decking oil Its already had one coat, and only needs a quick sand.

We have a sliding door that kinda had it. The wheels are busted and fairly outdated. The bottom rail is a goner. I'd like someone very capable with attention to details to come out and quote for removal and disposal of old sliding door and the installation of a new sliding door whilst on site. Ultimately looking at getting the door replaced by Thursday if possible.

This job is not for the faint hearted...you need to walk down (and back up) two sets of stairs to access the deck.
