Deck needs a very light sand before I re coat it with decking oil Its already had one coat, and only needs a quick sand.

We have a sliding door that kinda had it. The wheels are busted and fairly outdated. The bottom rail is a goner. I'd like someone very capable with attention to details to come out and quote for removal and disposal of old sliding door and the installation of a new sliding door whilst on site. Ultimately looking at getting the door replaced by Thursday if possible.
