We need parts of our boundary fence reinforced with something puppy proof and the access to our deck from underneath blocked off.

4m x 3m merbau deck needs sanding and two coats of oil based stain (not supplied). Deck is 10 years old and in good condition

Very easy job of cleaning and reapplying oil to decking. Tools will be supplied. Simply come scrub the decking with water one day. Next day apply oil when water is dry. Will need to communicate with tenants to suit their time. So definitely someone polite as well.

Supply paint and paint deck. Prepare surface prior by knocking in nails and pressure washing.

Approx 10 wooden planks (screw in) are rotten and need like for like replacing by pool @ back of house

Build a small extended deck (dimension 280x380 cm)

One side of the stairs to our decking has moved resulting in the steps becoming disconnected from the edges and not usable. We need someone to realign and secure the steps so this doesn’t happen again. The wood is in good condition.

Deck, seat and steps clean with pressure washer after applying deck wash, light sand some lightly moulded areas and apply two coats on integrain deck oil. This is a small deck, seat and 3-4 steps. Most is in very good condition, only a few boards need a light sand to remove mould. Oil and deck wash are supplied. Tasker to bring their own pressure washer and oil applicator. Need someone experienced and knowledgeable. Area less than 20sqm. Must be reliable and punctual and able to liaise with my elderly mother.
