I have an old Tempest Vinyl Player/Dual Recording Cassette Player Stereo that holds sentimental value, Tgere was a long plastic mechanism behind the power switch, that when you pushed power on the king plastic mechanism would push all the way back to the end of the stereo and ignite the function to turn the power on, this had completely broken and as has the power button used to push the power on, in addition, the recording cassette deck on the right is no longer turning to play castes, fixing this part is not really of concern, though a bonus if someone can. Being able to turn the stereo on is my priority, it doesn't matter if you use parts from another system or second hand parts, whatever it takes to get thst power on, my brother can do this however is currently travelling the works for a year and I am impatient, Ge has let me know how to repair it, I am a hill of all though not confident enough to do it myself. If you like to tinker with old devices this might be a good, quick little way to earn sone e tra cash. Must be located within 25km from lovely banks, geelong central. I'm not in a hurry to have this repaired and know roughly what it should cost to have it repaired, hence my price to repair is not negotiable though I have added on a little extra. Julia, most of deck is in excellent condition however the exposed beams to elements have need a repaint but I don't believe any need repairing. Melinda
