I am a developer with ongoing recurring work. Need to do 6 composite decking of 3x5.5 =16.5 sqm each, plus some steps, etc. Bunnings EkoDeck composite material or similar quality material. Need competitive rate and quality work for long term working relationship. Please quote per square meter, as they are 25cm, 60cm, and 80cm above ground. Not too hard.

Requesting offers to build a low form composite deck. Dimensions are approximately 6100mm wide and 4000mm deep. Current garden is approx 200-250mm below the floor level. Looking at Woodevo Advance, Modwood Xtreme, Newtechwood or similar composite board with min 25 year guarantee. A low form joist needed, likely on adjustable pedestal due to clearance. Will need assistance with building permit application with Glen Eira city council

New build March 2024. Decking hasn’t been touched since then. Prep & water based oil. Roughly 25m2. We’ve also noticed nails coming through the timber if this can be dealt with too.

Please read properly as we want this job done to a high level of quality. 1) The deck size is as follows Part 1: (skinny bit) is 1.6m x 14.5m (approx) Part 2: (main area) is 5m x 4.5m (approx) 2) The blackbutt timber is new- so needs a clean and then will require two visits (as we want to use Cutek Oil. 3) Oil required is Cutek Oil (the premium option) with a clear colour tone. Unless you advise something different for a lighter natural timber look? 4) as it’s oil- will need two visits One for the clean, prep and first coat. Needs a minimum 24 hours to dry, followed by a second coat. Looking for full scope start to finish service with all materials supplied.

We have just redone our medium sized outdoor deck area. Used blackbutt timber and now require a wash and oil seal. We require cutek oil- clear or a light colour tone. Happy to pay for the supplies (keep a receipt).. Probably a full day job.

Clean 27 m2 spotted gum timber deck. Owner will supervise. Shift furniture & plant pots across deck. Timber deck hasn't been oiled for a couple of years. Needs cleaning, lightly sanded and probably 2 coats. Includes steps. I've used water based products but don't mind that or oil based but want good quality product. Pics and dimensions now loaded.
