I need a builder to assess and fix existing deck ceiling which is sagging due to the water ingress.

1 x outdoor deck and a balcony extension require oiling. The deck has small access stairs and is slightly above ground. Deck has a bar and small columns to be worked around to get work done. The balcony extension is a floor above ground. Prefer weekday. Photos attached.

We have decking installed around our pool. There is a hatch in the decking (135cm by 90cm) which has rotted over time and is now falling apart. We need the decking hatch replacing entirely, (built from scratch) in similar style to the existing decking. The hatch does not need painting, I can do that, so the quote request is for the materials, the construction of the new hatch and the labor. In the past we've had bad experiences where people have started work, and then disappeared for weeks without completing the work. The hatch in its current form represents a safety risk, so we really cant afford to be waiting around to get the job done. On that basis, whoever does the job will need to get it done relatively quickly.

I need help in moving decking timber from Bridgeman Downs to Collingwood Park
