You will also need to collect via shovel and relocate nearby soil accumulated on a concrete slab. The main part of the underside of the deck is reasonably high some people depending on your height will almost be able to stand see photos

Previous owners apparently didn't use proper deck paint so it's now peeling and wearing away in spots, so needs to be sanded back and repainted. Due to improper original paint there is also a small patch near the drain pipe that has started to rot, so likely will need to be removed/chipped out and filled with wood filler. No structural damage though, just surface rot. Deck is approx 4.3m X 2.05m, rot patch is about 20cm X 5cm. Happy to purchase the supplies/paint you will need or for you to supply the materials for an additional charge. Have included photos of the deck as is, the patch of rot and from real estate listing to show full size.

I own a house that is three stories on one side and the top two deck/balconies need to be removed and rebuilt. I am just seeking a simple timber or steel or even concrete construction with those indestructible plastic decking boards or concrete slab. that is neat and clean with standard black aluminium balustrades.. the Stairway up to the middle floor balustrades also need to be replaced and the balustrades between the brick posts on the bottom floor also need replacement in the same Materials. Finally, as shown in the images there are a couple of wooden sections at the front of the roof that need replacement also while you’re up there . I would like to try and avoid scaffolding and remove the top balcony whilst on the middle balcony and remove the middle balcony whilst on the bottom balcony and then buildup from the ground floor up
