Find experienced deck builders in QLD

Needing to get quotes done for the real estate on a rental we are renting to remove and replace the back deck around the pool and the front entry way as timber is rotting and becoming dangerous for children. Haven't inspected enough to tell if just deck will need to be replaced or if beams will need to be done aswell. As I stated just quotes for now n then the real estate and owners will decide who to go with.

I have some rottten joists which need replaced/repaired. Planks are springing as top of joists under are rotted. Will require lifting planks and possibly removing some balustades. Also need to replace balustrade bolts (steel with stainless steel around pool area).

All materials provided, require job to be completed diligently and completely, usually will take 2 hours, decks are oiled regularly and in good condition.

Need someone with all the right tools to come and remove the remaining putter frame of an old deck on a garden bed. Will not take someone who has the right tools long at all. You do NOT need to dispose of the timber :)

We need a set of timber stairs cut in half and re-fitted off our timber deck at palm beach…removed them for landscaping and now carpenter is too busy to finish the job and put them back!! Should only take a day but we need tit done asap!!

We had a new composite deck installed in 2022. We had an umbrella base anchored to the concrete underneath the deck, with the umbrella top sitting on top. The weight of the umbrella is bowing the composite deck that it sits on, so am wanting a larger hole drilled so it isn't sitting on the deck, but through a hole. Sorry, it's hard to explain without seeing it. So ideally I am wanting someone who is experienced with composite decking I stalls.
