Sanding and re oiling a 45m2 deck

Looking to undertake a deck as per the attached diagram around a plungie pool we recently had installed. Have drawn out plans also to assist in quoting. Ad is just to attend site and quote.

Need help to oil deck and clean it before it rains again

I have some decking that is 3.7m wide and rotten in places with nails coming out. I’m going to replace all my decking with wider boards later in the year but I would just like this little area fixed now so nobody is hurt. The 3.7m width is made up of boards cut to different lengths but as this is a temporary solution, I’m happy to have 4.5m long Merbau pre-oiled Bunnings decking (90mm wide, 19mm thick) cut down to the one 3.7m length and nailed down. I need 64 lengths and I know Bunnings Byron Bay have them in stock. They are $21.60 for each 4.5m length. The cost for the decking is $1382.40 which I can purchase directly (unless you’re able to get it cheaper). I need your labour to rip up the decking, cut the timber to 3.7m and nail down them down. Whatever the tip cost is, please text me the receipt and I will reimburse you. You will need an electric saw and nail gun to do the job. I will reimburse you for the cost of the nails.

Need help to rebuild a deck on my farm, about 40sqm. Preferably someone with some carpentry skills or who has built decks before. Would like to start around 28/10 or there abouts.

I have about 25sqm of outdoor decking that needs to be cleaned, prepared and sealed.

Per hr rate around 35. build 3sqm of deck, put architrave on 2 (900x1200) windows, install 12m of skirting board, cut 2 hybrid planks with a jig saw, cut and fit a vj board sheet. And a few other bits and pieces. There is ongoing work if this goes well
