We have some offcuts that are Bunnings Ekodeck composite deck: 3 x 2.46m 11 x 1.46m But if we need more we can get more and also edges if we need. Hello, We would like to remove existing balcony/below deck structures and put in place a 2nd storey (extended) balcony and below deck (ground level). Fly over roof on the top of the balcony. Concrete / tiled floors. I’m seeking plans / drawings and CDC / council approval. I would like to have plans approved and then be in a position to obtain quotes from builders to complete. I’m happy to pay for a “consultation fee” as the initial Airtasker job but please outline what the total cost will be for plans/drafts/relevant council approvals. I would like everything completed except for the building itself. Hope this makes sense. Happy to take any questions.
