Will obviously move furniture off before you arrive. Paint marks as seen on photos sand off easily. Deck size : 10.9 x2.7m Flexible with dates but would like it done within the next 2 weeks. Hi, I need my back deck sanded and oiled (2 Coats) the deck is 4.2 x 5.2m (22m2) I also need the rear stair treads (15) and platform done. This is to just get the house in the market to tidy up. I have done all of the handrails so only the decking needing completed. I have about 5L of Intergrain Decking oil, I can buy some more and provide this. You will be required to bring sanding equipment. *Job must be completed on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November. **The photos I have attached are when the deck got oiled last time, not the current condition. Need to move a fridge from the kitchen onto the deck then back again in a week. Roughly 6m away. Either lift or wheel over boards so that floor and door tracks don't get scratched.Could use dolly too (don't have dolly). More important to not scratch the floor on the way back.

Our pool deck has been removed and we have 8 posts that need to be cut back to the concrete with an angle grinder and 4 posts that need to be removed with the concrete. Posts are 200 mm high We are happy to get rid of the rubbish but just don’t have the muscle to break up the concrete, and are reluctant to use the angle grinder.

Restoration of deck. Deck is particularly damaged in uncovered area due to scratches by dog and weather.

I need roofer or handyman to install decktie to seal gap between the roof and the pipe. The rain water leaking through the gaps and need this to be sealed off as well. This is high set house. See photos and video
