Hello We are looking for someone with some building skills to construct or install a timber balustrade / railing similar to the brown one next to it in the photos. I want the corner and sides of the balcony covered as illustrated by my red mark ups. Approximate dimensions are 3m width and 1.5m length for the two sides. I am in the process of removing the lower deck (visible struts) this should be done before your arrival. Lay a 5 metres x 2.5 metre deck on an existing concrete slab using 90mm x 45mm joists raised 10mm off the concrete. Deck the joists with 140mm merbau decking. Example included in images. All labour and materials to be supplied.

Our pool deck has been removed and we have 8 posts that need to be cut back to the concrete with an angle grinder and 4 posts that need to be removed with the concrete. Posts are 200 mm high We are happy to get rid of the rubbish but just don’t have the muscle to break up the concrete, and are reluctant to use the angle grinder.
