Hello! I just finished a patio extension at my house and need to finish off the rest of the job, but I'm a bit short on time at the moment. I will supply all materials, looking for labour with necessary skills or previous experience. All I need is timber decking completed which includes: a) Lay weed mat/plastic sheeting on existing grass. (I don’t think any grass needs to be removed) b) Approx 12 sqm of decking frame and decking boards, including footings. I already have all the timber, will need to cut to suit. ------------------- Please see photos attached, let me know if you need more info. You must bring your own tools and leave the area clean and safe. Also provide an estimate on how many hours/days you will need. Decking requires sanding and filling cracks and then staining

Rear deck under new patio. About 6m x6m

Decking supply and install to front of house, Roughly 5mx5m but will need to visit site to measure and quote.

Some of the front and rear decking slats are loose and lack support.

Decking needs to be reoiled.approx 30sqm and then some steps. Most of the deck has a stain on there so may need to be sanded back or stripped and then plied

Remove decking from two section and remove stone gravel from driveway side of house. Had easy access. Also remove small concrete path, access from front of house. All close to 65 sqm. Please call if you wish to inspect.

Unscrew the screws that are too close to the surface, counter-sink drill slightly deeper holes, and screw screws back in. This is in preparation for sanding and varnishing the deck and stairs. Approx. 40% of screws need to be worked on. Some woodworking / carpentry experience is preferred.

Need someone to install decking that is approx 110m2 area. A support frame and legs will be required due to run off of ground profile. Current raised area with clothes line in photo will be removed prior to decking by myself.
