Big deck needs to be cleaned then a coat of deck oil applied. It will take three days. We will supply all equipment and oil and all training. Some experience having done some painting would be useful but not necessary. Job must be done in warm dry weather so oil can dry quickly

I'd like to extend the existing back deck so that it covers the full width of the house. The existing staircase would need to be moved and reinstalled on the new part of the deck.

We need a timber deck removed, both decks that are photographed. The outdoor timber kitchen there is not plumbed or has any power that is to be removed too. I want a seperate price too to dismantle and remove the block retaining wall. The retaining wall is 20m in length and approx 5 blocks high.

I need a deck built, approximately 5.2m wide and 3.5m deep (these dimensions can be flexible). It will come off from the sliding doors, which are raised about 30cm from the grass. We want to step down one step from the house onto the deck, as the grass slopes away downhill which will mean the edge of the deck should only need one more step down. Hi I need my old deck floors oiled and the handrails painted. I have included some images. There is also a two car garage where just the ceiling needs to be painted. The task must be done between 18 June and 23 June as tenants will move in.

The area of the first balcony is approx. 11 sqm; the area of the second balcony is approx. 21 sqm. Both need waterproofing applied before tiling. The existing tiles will be removed and there are balustrades on both balconies to consider.
