Needing to get quotes done for the real estate on a rental we are renting to remove and replace the back deck around the pool and the front entry way as timber is rotting and becoming dangerous for children. Haven't inspected enough to tell if just deck will need to be replaced or if beams will need to be done aswell. As I stated just quotes for now n then the real estate and owners will decide who to go with.

Iron gate has some issues, not even.. need to fix it.. Tile of bathroom has come out, need to fix it.. some of the house pillar need to be fixed..minor repairs.. roof of the bathroom has some paint out,.

Need area prepared for decking install, and then installation of frame and deck - to be installed to level of existing deck. Existing level will need to be dug out roughly 25 cm and level towards top end (the ground is quite hard and full of old small palm roots, a mattock goes through quite easily though..), then channels, and footings to be dug for the frame, weed barrier to be laid to entire area and light gravel to hold in place. roughly 22m2 of decking to be laid (merbau pre oiled from bunnings), and all painted to a grey finish.

Replace small pool deck with new. Will supply material it’s about 2x3

All equipment supplied just need someone with the time to apply 2 coats of oil to timber surface

Hello, I have a small outside deck (3m x 5m) that is 6 years old, Merbau timber and has been stained a few times by a few different handymen. I just want it sanded back and oiled but not stained. I don’t need it done until Nov as I’m going overseas. And I need someone who is reliable and who returns phone calls or text messages and shows up when they say they will! Thank you! 😃
