Need help to clean and oil my outdoor wooden deck and front door entrance steps. Relatively straightforward job, prob take 4-5 hours with 2 coats. Decking oil to be purchased. Size is 7.5by3m and 1.5by0.5m. see pics

Decking needs to be done on small balcony in a unit in city.

(1)Remove two or three planks on an out door deck. Replace or repair the strut. Replace with original planks. (2) Attach a wood beam behind a gate to prevent it from opening.

Sand back weathered timber deck and re-oil. Deck is 3.2m x 4.8m, with a small step down to grass. Have the oil for the deck - see photo.

Replace outdoor timber decking. Deck frame ok. Timber decking needs to be replaced as they are weathered and old. 3.2m x 4.83m. Current timber slats 90mm wide. Circa 140 linear metres (taking into account the curved shape of the deck) Small step also needs new timber. Open to timber suggestions. Uncovered deck that gets about 6hrs sunlight a day. Budget depends on timber? Open to negotiation.

The deck (approx 20 square metres), including posts and hand rail on one side, needs to be re-oiled with a water-based deck oil (e.g., Cabot’s Aquadeck, can be supplied). The underside of the deck roof/cover, made from painted wooden slats also needs to be cleaned.

I want a deck built on top of new level pavers (floating deck). Would prefer composite wood. Need decking supplies and tools to be sourced and provided. As well as installation. It’s only a deck no hand rails, steps or pergolas etc. it will be in a T-shape with the longest side being about 7m and the deepest part about 4m. The top of the T will be about 2m deep. I estimate the total area to be about 27sqm. I need this job done in advance of family arriving on 16th Dec. The address is an oversized unit in Zetland but large elevators give level access to the unit and there is available parking for large trucks and vans to enable delivery of materials. I don’t have particular ideas of cost so open to estimates. Tried my best to add photos of the area (outlined in red in the pics).

I would like my metal 10 x 6m existing fence covered in this screening from Bunnings. The metal fence is in good condition and the back is wood (you would just need to fix it to it).I will buy it in panels to make it quicker. I need it done before Wednesday (having said that i havent ordered the panels yet so might be dependent on that). There is a grass bamboo covering on the fence that will need to be removed. I am happy to pay the rubbish removal - ypubwould just need tobstack it outside for collection. I also have some concrete on the ground that needs removing as a shed is going over the top - jack hammer i guess. I will pay for the materials. I have more work that needs doing if you are handy just starting here. I power washed my decking to clean it but it has brought up a few splinter issues and needs sanding and painting. I need a quote on the sanding and painting. It’s about 14sq metres of decking to sand and paint

We require someone to lay decking boards for a final small section of our yard. The area is a semi-circle about 4-5m wide and 1.2m deep. We will provide the materials, you will just have to cut it to suit the round shape and lay it down on joists. Joists to be fixed to the slab underneath (concrete slab with tiles over). We think it will be a half day job.

Bring some boards for decking from the depot in Sydney to Tumut. 5400mm long, 600mm Wide and 300mm High, approximately 450 to 500kgs.

Rewire a new head deck for my car, unable to attach harness as wiring has been compromised will need to be rewired. I have the stuff ready to go, need someone with experience in this field to complete my task.
