I am looking for somebody to come and do a treatment on our outdoor deck. There are two decking areas, both quite small, one flat 2x1.5 m area, one set of steps 4x1 m (see photos). Looking for somebody who knows what they're doing to go to Bunnings and buy the required products to clean and then coat these two areas to protect against weather. We will cover the cost of materials as long as receipts are provided. We will then need the decking areas cleared, cleaned, and then several coats of oil or deck stain applied as appropriate. Estimate this task will take one day.

We require someone to lay decking boards for a final small section of our yard. The area is a semi-circle about 4-5m wide and 1.2m deep. We will provide the materials, you will just have to cut it to suit the round shape and lay it down on joists. Joists to be fixed to the slab underneath (concrete slab with tiles over). We think it will be a half day job.
