I have the products and correct brush and oil broom, but I need someone to actually clean the deck with the deck cleaner and then oil the deck. It should take no more than 1 - 2 hours. The deck approximately is 3m wide and 8 m long and the treated pine boards are new and unstained.

Area of sun deck, currently tiled, is leaking into wall below (proven by flood test). Need quote for certified water-proofing, including ensuring strip drain is not leaking. Need advice if tiles need to be removed and other other prep prior to waterproofing. Waterproofing will be tiled over once complete

Need a quote on repairs to deck. Some of the decking boards are rotting at the ends and the underlying structure of the stairs down to the lawn may also need to be repaired. Overall, I think the underlying structure of the deck is sound. The estimate of $100 is arbitrary as a quote is required.

We are completing a renovation and need someone to thoroughly clean the external flooring. Most is sandstone and some decking area. House is a semi so total area is 40 to 50 sqm Garage has some screed/cement and paint residue, Have used bunnings cement and concrete remover which got rid of most of it.

• Extend existing metal fence posts (20 in total) to a height of approximately 2.1m from deck. • Rip down and sand merbau decking boards to match existing sizes of fence/ privacy screen where necessary. • Match existing pattern and continue privacy screen/fence across the extended posts (20) to a height of approximately 2.1m from deck with merbau decking boards. • Remove 6 rows of rotten decking boards (each row approximately 15 metres in length) and replace with merbau 90mm x 18mm decking boards. • Remove all rubbish from site.

Build 2 decks on a 3 storey strata building DA approved with CC. Need Class 2 builder

Decking repair 1. Replace 6x balcony railing battens. 2. Replace 10-11 sections of Merbau decking boards. 3. Replace 1x screen batten opposite railing. 4. Replace 2x balcony railing screen battens. 5. Replace 1x railing support post and support with galvanised L bracket to secure into step & galvanised footing into earth. 6. Replace 1x piece of strip beading along bottom of railing.

Paint newly installed balustrade on deck. Top part of balustrade needs prep/sanding flat of holes before full painting, see photos.
