Hi. I've built a new deck and I need the posts, beams, balustrades, side panelling to be painted (white). All surfaces to be painted are pre primed. Dimensions of the main deck are approx 3m x 4m. Staircase handrail and closures also require painting. Needs someone who is careful / attention to detail to avoid making a mess of my brand new oiled hardwood deck! Timber window frame small area of rot due to rain. Needs cutting out, replacing and painting (I have the paint). Ground floor, easy access. Tallow wood decking , 2 planks need replacing and staining (I have the stain) Pic of window with big white splodge explanation. I plugged the hole with Polyfilla (the only think I had in a hurry) as I was going away for 2 weeks and lots of rain forecast.
