Liam did a good job sanding but for an area of 5m x 5.5m and another area of similar size Liam took too much time using some sandpaper and doing it by hand even though he had an electric sander. I only wanted a quick light sand not hours and hours of laborious hand sanding. Especially when the deck had already been sanded and only needed a quick light sand and some small screw holes filled. Not good value and needless time wasting.
