We need wooden stairs created for our medium sized, low set decking. Perhaps only two steps but the length of the decking each side. We also have tiling to be done around our fireplace hearth. We have the tiles already purchased. We possibly could be interested in getting our hallway and a few bedroom walls painted. I have 3 tiny homes that are 6mitres long. Need a deck that is 6x3m on each raised to the height of the door (they are on wheels). Hard land so can’t dig far without machinery. Finished product will need to be varnished and water resistant timber. Budget is supply and install of all 3 - 2 of my staff will be able to assist you with the whole job as your assistants following your direction and design. Reference photo attached of one of our homes and how we would like the decks. Sand existing deck, hand rails, stairs to remove existing stain. Punch existing nails, apply decking oil. Decking oil and consumables included in quoted price. Contractor is responsible for & will pay for restoration of any damage to cement render adjacent to the deck, any discolorations of or damage to SS balustrade or components, GI bolt or deck nails. Deck floor boards to have slight bevel after sanding. All sanded surfaces to be brought back to ORIGINAL DAR finish. No run off onto painted concrete. Floor gap drips to be collected by dropsheets. Deck is approx 2.9 by 2.5m
