DECK 1. I need the deck replaced from the gate 3m long approx X 1200 w max. ( it is to have new frame work/ lifted from the ground, use of treated wood & Merbau) - See pic 2. 2 stairs replaced - see pic 3. Check the posts/bearers if rotting. Replace if necessary & replace the damaged merbau to about 1200mm from top stair to garden bed.- See pic * You will need to take pot plants off deck & return. 4. Oil the deck after. Total boards = 126sqm Process to follow: 1. High pressure scrub Marbou boards (2-years old) with solution (provided, pictured) and high pressure wash down – 2-3 hours 2. Allow to dry for 3-4 hours in heat, or return next day 3. First stain with oil (provided, pictured) 3-4 hours. Wipe off excess. 4. Allow to dry overnight. 5. Second stain with oil (provided) – 3-4 hours. Wipe off excess. This job therefore is 3 x 3-4 hour sessions, $400 per session = $1200. I would like a proper, professional job, and will be asking about your experience doing this type of work, so only apply if you have oiled decks many times and have at least one satisfied customer with a similar job I can call. Stain deck. Materials and stain supplied

We need to build a large deck on the second floor of our house. The deck will sit on a colourbond, corrugated iron (?) roof and so requires the use of VersiJack, or other brand pedistal decking support. Because it is on the second floor, it also requires a balustrad.

We have two decks that require cleaning and staining (two coats). We will move all furniture off decks. This would include prep work to tape near our rendered house. We can provide tape. We can provide the oil stain. You would need to bring equipment please. Ideally done before Christmas if possible.

Approx 4 x 12 area. Pressure wash deck, built in seats, privacy screens near bbq and colorbond fence. Staining of the deck (jarrah) and privacy screens (merbau). Both need a different stain to suit the wood. We like a natural look nothing too harsh. Some areas are weathered so may need a sand before to stain. To be completed by Friday 13/12/24. You’d need to bring your own equipment and materials.

Sand and stain 2 verandahs 1 at front of house and 1 at rear They are both Jarrah wood, tongue and groove Photos below but it’s weathered since those were taken. I had sanded it but never got around to staining so will need to be sanded again

Hello I’m looking for a professional to come and sand and stain my deck, I will supply the deck stain as I want to use wocca white wash and happy to buy all that. Deck is roughly 9x 13m with a pool in the centre (7x4) Happy for this to be done over a few days ideally on a warm day. We are pretty flexible will just need notice to remove all furniture. There is back entrance of the property so you can park very close to the deck. Deck wood is black but Last 2 images are what the deck look likes currently, last stained 2.5 years ago.

I would like 30 sqm area if deck to be professionally pressure washed. Experienced person in deck cleaning required. First paint stripper needs to be applied (we will supply), and you will need a superior pressure cleaner as our attempt with our own pressure cleaner was not great. We are getting some new decking added on therefore are trying to match up current deck as closely as possible.
