Two small decks need sanding at our place. First deck is about 5m2 and the second verandah deck is about 25m2.

Paint back deck (just the floor boards) Size of the deck is approximately 5.8m x 3.7m Deck will need a bit of a clean first Then 2 coats of paint. We already have the paint (see photo) To be done as soon as possible.

I’m looking to get my fence re-done and my deck repaired. Plan on moving to a colourblind fence (currently timber). Roughly around 22m. Half sits on posts which are rotten and the other half on a retaining wall. I also wanted two new gates as well. I also have a small decking area which is composite material. Require small Decking outside laundry

Price to quote - looking for a qualified builder or carpenter to remove existing deck balustrades and procure, paint and install replacement balustrades for both a front and back 2nd storey decks. Approx 18m for back deck and approx 11m for front deck. Front deck contains six feature balusters that I'd like to be replicated. Appreciate that this job may need to be measured in person to provide final accurate quote. A couple of photos of current balustrades attached.
