After a builder / handy man to build a simple yet effective little roof over my little patio/ deck. Ideally just want dark grey “sun turf” sheeting on the roof (can get from Bunnings) and obviously framing. Simple, no guttering ect It’s just to protect a bit better from the sun and help not get as much water in. The roof comes out over it just under half way.

I require a painter to paint our back deck. So far it had been done as a home renovation but we do not have time time to complete it at the moment. 90% of the undercoat has been applied to the roof beams. Ideally I would like to complete the roof beams first and then move onto the rest of the railing a few weeks later, depending on price and availability.
