Need help with cleaning my complex and declutter house

My daughter has been out of her house due to storm damage and insurance repairs for over 12 months. She needs a compassionate person/s to do the removal of some junk and clean and reorganise her garage & laundry area.

I’m relocating in April and need help to declutter and pack/set aside my belongings going to 3 different locations. I’m looking for someone that’s very methodical and organised to help me feel less overwhelmed with the task. Tasks include sorting things into piles, light dusting, labelling, updating a spreadsheet etc. I’m recovering from abdominal surgery so I need someone able to some lifting, nothing too heavy as it doesn’t involve furniture. Must have prior references and be trust worthy.

Budget flexible depending what your quote is for (how many hours for your hourly rate). I'll increase it for whatever the airtasker fee on top is. I'm looking for someone who can ideally come on a regular basis for a few hours at a time to chip away at some decluttering and also help with the general upkeep of day to day tidying. This task is for 3-4 hours to start with to see how we go and if it works out we can look to a fortnightly arrangement. Someone who can help keep on top of laundry, help to cull clothes and put away the keepers, and stay on top of general house tidying depending on what needs doing at the time (e.g. unpacking dishwasher / tidying kitchen / if kids have left things on the floor help to tidy). Having initiative to see what needs doing and ask questions would be really appreciated. Most things in the house are labeled and many areas I've already culled and organized, but I have lots of other areas still with far too much stuff that I want to cull. We can either divide and conquer, or work alongside each other as an organized buddy helps with my motivation and staying focused!

I’m currently on maternity leave and expecting a new baby at the end of the month.
