I’m looking for someone to help declutter my house/organise

I need someone who is kind and caring to help me organize and declutter my home. Someone who is experienced with organization, neurodivergence and has good reviews ideally. We have clutter in almost every drawer and cupboard of the house, including in the garage, bedroom cupboards, kitchen drawers, and I just can’t seem to get organized. I have adhd and bad burnt out right now, but the mess is stressing me even more. I need help to get this sorted. My plan is to find someone for a 4 hour sort and tidy initially, and then we can book in extra times from there. Could do it 2 hours a time over two days if that’s better. Extra hours paid at $30 an hour. When replying please include your experience with declutterring and organizing, as I need more than just a cleaning service.

My elderly father is having to sell his lovely two storey 'townhouse' to move into a retirement village due to declining wellbeing/health, after his wife (my mum) died last year 🙁 We need to *tidy* and *declutter* belongings sitting on surfaces like tables, shelves, floor, and displayed around the house, so it looks great for the real-estate sales photography. ## If you are fan on minimal clutter and mess, and you are awesome at packing for a move then this is the job for you !!! ______ I figure the basic outline of how we'd do it is: 1. We have packing boxes that will be numbered, separate boxes if items going to new house or not. 2. Notepad with numbered pages to write what is carefully wrapped and packed into each box, from where. 3. Digital photos of each surface/crowded area tidied before pack (so we can identify what was where, to map to boxes 😉 ) 4. Should be either 1, 3, or 5 items left on each space tidied, and then given a dust/wipe over so looks dust-free (will provide mr sheen, spray n wipe, cloths, etc as required). 5. Boxes to be stacked in garage against wall, 6. Tidy and vacuum the area have been working, so the dust and bits of paper, tape, etc aren't unsightly or a trip hazard. 7. Check over all tidy, and looks ok for the real-estate photography 🏡 📸 * you are not doing vacate clean, just tidy 😉 🎉 Not an expert in this, just a son helping his elderly/disabled dad to live a safe/better life, as their needs change over time 😢 ______ The area is the Lakeside development, and is one of the multi-townhouse builds that all look the same and have a body-corporate, garden & balcony overlooking the lake, with attached double garage, etc IYKYK the type I'm talking about ... photos indicative only. DVA and MyAged Care clean the place on Tue arvos, so they'll do secondary clean. Looking to complete in one day on Monday 💸

Hi, I’ve been juggling work and parenting, and while I do my best to keep the house clean, clutter has gotten out of hand. I need help organizing and decluttering various areas of my home. My kids' clothes and toys have taken over one room, and my own items need organizing too. I'm looking for someone to help with the following tasks: - Organizing kids' clothes and toys into cupboards or drawers - Packing away the old Christmas tree from last Xmas – yes, that’s how busy I have been - If time permits, helping to set up a system for storing my electronics, tools, and components. This can be a separate task if needed. The house is mostly clean and well-maintained; I’m quite particular about hygiene and cleanliness. However, items are scattered everywhere, making it untidy. I need an organizational system to keep things tidy. I have some storage boxes and containers that can be used. I’m available to help during the process, as I have time off work and the kids are not here during the first week of the school holidays. Small 2 bedroom, 2 toilet, 1 bathroom unit needing a very big clean up & re-organisation. The mess is the result of poor mental health & as such requires a lot of rubbish & food disposal, etc. I have previously been quoted for 18 hours of work, give or take. REQUIRES: -Sorting of rubbish & disposal -Thorough, deep cleaning -Organising & storing items appropriately Desperate for this task to be completed asap & as quickly as possible, so would definitely require a team of at least 3, preferably split over no more than 3 visits if possible as I have a 2 year old that loves to 'help' in anything going on! 😅🫢 Payment after completion of each visit would be greatly appreciated if possible as opposed to one lump sum invoice, but I also understand if it needs to be payed as one total invoice. Hi I’m needing someone (preferably female given circumstances) that has experience in cleaning out rooms and rubbish disposal. The job will entail cleaning out and filling bags of rubbish with damaged belongings, rubbish and damaged clothing and other materials from a small bedroom. The room has not been touched due to circumstances for the family and needs to be completely cleared out of clutter, rubbish including food disposal. Pictures can be provided. The rubbish will then need be taken off site and disposed of at the tip. The room will need a general clean ie sweep and ensure that surfaces and floor is completely cleared. There may be bugs due to food being left thus this is not a job for someone that would have an issue with this. It’s most important at that the individual is : -Not afraid to get stuck in, hands on approach - Efficient -Punctual Most importantly the person must have a NON JUDGEMENTAL approach and basic interpersonal skills so that the client feels comfortable with the persons presence. This is a vulnerable family and I want to ensure the mother feels content with the persons presence and not judged.
