I need an A5, 4 page brochure. I have the info and the photos.

I am applying for a new liquor licence at a venue in Martin Place, Sydney. As part of the application process, I am required to provide a notice (1 x A4 page) to all occupants within a 50m radius. This requires doing a 'letterbox drop' style delivery. As part of the service you will be required to print copies (black and white is fine) of the notice and distribute to all occupants within the attached red line area. A copy of the notice will be provided to you via email. I do not know the number of notices required, but it appears to include only 8 buildings (some which will have multiple occupants, some will have only one occupant). There is no need to place in envelopes or anything like that, it is sufficient to just fold the notices into 1/3 or whatever is convenient. You will also have to sign a statutory declaration at the end stating that the deliveries were completed before 15 January. We will provide a copy of the statutory declaration to you - it will just need signing and witnessing.

Hi I am looking for someone to make a custom Christmas tree ornament, my partner and I get a new ornament every year that symbolises an event that happens that year and this year we got engaged. We got engaged at the yi Peng lantern festival in Thailand so I would like the ornament to be a copy of one of the lanterns in a cylinder shape coloured with a warm yellow gradient to resemble the light. Image below for reference. Design doesn’t have to be too complex just after a cylinder hollow at the bottom with a ribbon attached to the top for hanging. This doesn’t have to be ceramic or pottery if you are an artist in another field that thinks they can achieve this look with other material :)
