I would like this to model changes (mainly paint/room layout) so for this reason need the file to be configurable (not static) - if the software you use requires a license to do this please specify in your quote. Given there are a few different ways to solve this problem, I am open to your preferred method - imagining it would include: 1) visit to site to do a LIDAR scan 2) remote setup using drawings / measurements 3) something completely else Please specify which approach you would take in responding with your quote.
