We have a dining table where the top coat is poorly applied and comes off with your fingers. the table is 2.8 m long and about 90 wide in American oak timber. We would like it sanded and restained in walnut finish

Professional painters needed to prep and paint three bedrooms, a hallway and a living/dining area with a low odour, low VOC, low sheen true neutral white paint (two coats, exact shade TBC). Must be registered, insured, etc, and must supply all materials and paint. Property will be vacant (though we will be coming and going).
