We can help move furniture but the property will be occupied

I am looking to have my living and dining rooms painted green. My walls are currently white and were painted relatively recently. The total dimensions of the room are 3.6x7.4 There two windows and the front door in the wall space.

5 dining chairs. Polyester material on metal frames. We just bought a used set and want to get them cleaned before we use it. The maintenance instructions say that it’s best to shampoo wash, steam wash or dry clean it without removing the seat cover from the chair. Fully furnished apartment but furnishings, fabrics, carpet and paint don't live up to marble floors and nice finishes. Just need to change a few things to get this pad looking great. Applicants must have portfolio or designs to show off their talents. A few requirements as far a living but looking for a non-cluttered high end livable apartment. Attached pictures show current furnishings, etc. The image looks better than the actual apartment so in person is an important aspect. Don't require mood boards, 3D plans, etc. Just need someone to know what color to paint, what fabrics to use and finally what final pieces to make the place look coordinated. (hmm is this a mood board? lol) Of course also need to know we can source the specified required items and materials and know that they fit into some sort of reasonable costs. Hi. I would like my dining table re-stained and sealed with a darker walnut to match the other chairs in the pictures. The table is an extendable mid-century veneer table. We have a backyard with rear roller-door access. So This job can be done with no contact in our backyard. Or you can pick the table up contact-less via the rear alley and return it once complete.
