Transportation of new dishwasher from the retailer to my home

Dishwasher stopped working mid cycle and wouldn’t drain with Error code E1. Eventually drained the water manually and error code stopped flashing but now the machine won’t start. Fisher&Pykel machine.

Our dishwasher has an E15 message popping up. We have cleaned the filter and re-run it and now water is pooling at the bottom of the machine. Can anyone help us?

Setup Dish Washer in new-built house. Please see picture, there seems to be some plumbing needed to plug the dishwasher. Dish washer works well, this is just a setup after moving to our new house. Hopefully under 1 hour.
