Existing drains run through concrete subfloor and down through unit downstairs. For the dishwasher there are water inlets and outlets underneath the sink, some plumbing may have to be done, and a hole will need to be dug through the cupboard. See attached picture for what's underneath the sink. The washing machine should be relatively straightforward to install. Has to be done on Wednesday or Thursday this week.

-Need to make way in existing cabinet for dishwasher. -Kitchen sink will need to be changed to single bowl, I will buy the single bowl sink - benchtop will need to be replaced. I will buy the benchtop. Please quote with all fees and charges.

I have an Elfa DS4500A dishwasher which is 11 years old. The dishwasher soap dispenser flap does not open during the wash cycle even though a new spring has recently been installed. Also the final dry cycle is not working as the cycle stops when it gets to that stage and nothing happens so the dishes do not get dried.
