Tap won’t stop dripping. Washing machine has broken.

Our dishwasher is STUCK both my partners dad and my dad have tried to pull the dishwasher out of the small cabinet area it’s confined too and we get it out half way when we are met with resistance we can only conclude that it’s caught by a cord at the back of the machine, there is no access to the back of the machine so we may need to cut a hole in the side of one of the cabinets to try and release the cord so we can get the dishwasher out, we need help with this obviously either cutting a hole in the cabinet and freeing the cord or removing the skirting board under the sink to try and reach the area then patch up the hole or put the skirting board back. My partner are novices when it comes to this sort of thing and we don’t own any tools to make this happen. Please help us!

Euromaid dishwasher making loud grinding sound during drain cycle. Coming from base of machine, possibly the drain hose. The main filter is clear. Need it looked at and fixed please.
