Hi, The Fisher And Paykel Diswasher model Nautilus never being used since we bought many years ago But when we have tried to use it, the screen indicator showed 10 minutes with quick set up and the setting button can't function as it should be Then after 10 minutes, the Diswasher stopped working and the indicator showed F4. From the website, it tells me "heater plate fault. This fault occurs when the dishwasher's control board detects an issue with the heater plate, which is responsible for heating the water during the wash cycle." Can you fix this? My Fisher and Paykel Nautilus Dishwasher has F4 error. When I start the switch button to on, the screen appears 10 minutes with quick washing set up but the setting switch is not working too. So I couldn't choose the setting.

Dishwasher needs fixing it stops with an error code with 15 mins left I was told I need an aqua stop
