Appliances are all operational in different ways as below. Budget does not include parts if they may be required. Oven: works fine except one setting (fan bake) does not work. (Blanco) Dryer: spins but does not heat. (Simpson autosensing 512) Washing machine: pauses randomly with E10 error (Electrolux EWF12832) Dishwasher: sometimes pauses mid cycle and has flashing red light. (Dishlex dx103)
